Commission Policy

This page goes over my Commission Policy, if you commission me then you agree to the Policy written here.

0.1 - Payment & Request

1.1 - Payments

This section refers to how payments are managed.

You are expected to pay in full before the work is completed, this will not be disputed. if you commission a sketch then payment is expected after the posing is figured out.
Prices are subject to change, if they rise / lower then completed commissions will not be compensated for this change. ongoing commissions may recieve a refund if prices are lowered during an ongoing price change. You are not expected to pay more if prices rise during an ongoing commission.

2.1 Requesting Work

This section refers to how work is requested to me, free or paid.

You are free to request mostly anything. Note that I'm primarially a Character Artist however.
There are things I have blacklisted and will not do. if you request anything in this category I will reject your request

Blacklisted Requests:

Pornographic Material. this includes implied or direct sexual activity, Nudity (Barbie Nudity, where a character is nude but doesnt yield any genetalia (Common on furry depictions), is accepted.), Suggestive posing, clothing or general imagery and so on.
Extreme gore. This includes Biological dismemberment, showcase of exposed organs within a body or so on, gross mutilation, Aged corpses (showcasing rot or decay) and so on. Non biological Dismemberment (such as robots) is accepted as long as it doesn't attempt to replicate a biological form. Depictions of violence and blood are also accepted.
Fetish Work or themes which are commonly fetishised. This includes subjects such as Hyper Proportions, transformation, The altercation of age in any way, BDSM, Fatfurs, Babyfurs etc. to put it simply i'm not a fetish/NSFW artist nor do I plan on being one. Certain subjects may be excluded from this rule. For example, plus sized characters are accepted if their proportions are realistic. Werewolves would also be accepted even though they'd technically fall under the TF Fetish.
Characters who are commonly depicted in scenarios blacklisted here. For example, Puro would be blacklisted as they're commonly attributed to and are sourced from the TF Fetish.
Anything that attepts to inform, address or focus on any political subject.
Works that depict a group or individual in a negative light.
Hate Art, which is art focused on degrading the reputation or image of another individual, warranted or not.
Works which attempt to depict real people, dead or alive. Even if you claim you recieved permission I can't truly prove if you really did or created artifical proof of confirmation. You are allowed to request Yourself but I need your explicit permission to do this.
Works depicting something from someone who has been blacklisted from commissioning me. You will also be blacklisted for trying to loophole this for them.

References are not expected if you can describe what you want. Though i'd very much prefer you had one over not having one. You're free to try and draw what you envision for me to reference too, you don't need to be a good artist to do this, if you can vaugley put down the ideas you're thinking of then that's more than enough
I do not do free requests often, even then it's not done publically. There is a request channel in my Discord Server but there's no garuantee that I pick your request or complete it. Please don't ask me directly for free requests outside of that channel.
You're free to change your request up until the linework phase. You're still able to make changes after this point but I can't make much changes to the posing or perspective and some will begin to be rejected. There will naturally be a limit to how many changes you may request, this limit will vary depending on the severity of the changes in question. changes cannot be suggested on completed work. You'll be updated on progress on request and also when a step is completed, you'll directly be asked if you'd like anything to be changed too. Changes that break the policy will be denied.

0.2 - Refund Policy

This section refers to how refunds are managed.

Refunds are accepted up until the linework phase, if you commissioned linework then refunds are valid up until the sketch phase is completed. if you commissioned a sketch then refunds are valid up until a pose is decided on. Once Refunds on completed works will not be accepted.
You will not be refunded processing fees such as those from paypal, that's out of my control entirely.
if purchasing through Ko-Fi and you wish for a refund, please refund through Ko-Fi as well as they retain a 5% cut unless you do this.
Do not suggest payment / refund methods that aren't already used by me. I'm not refunding work via giftcards for example.

0.3 - Behavourial Policy

This section refers to the expected behaviour when commissioning me.

Harassment, threats and general toxicity is not to be expected. if you do this during an ongoing request I will drop it there and then and refund you. You will not recieve the work and it'll likely be deleted.
Inversely, you should not expect this behaviour from me. Whilst you can call me out on it if I do behave this way do not expect compensation or the sorts for it. I don't want to make you uncomfortable but I also don't want to be exploited for an error that could be called out.
Similarly, I retain the right to deny a request and drop it for any reason. If this happens I must refund you as per the refund policy and you'll be notified. I retain the right to keep my reasons for this private.

Miscellanious Policy

This section refers to additional details which does not fit in any of the above Policies.

You may be blacklisted from commissioning me depending on the severity of your infractions on these policies. Blacklists may be permanent but won't always be. Blacklisted individuals will have their free / paid requests denied and refunded back to them if nessecary. People who try to do this on your behalf will also be blacklisted. Please do not ask to have your blacklist removed, I'll remove them when I see fit.
This policy is subject to change, For your convenience, I'll update the date the policies were updated so if you remember the policy and the date remains unchanged then you do not need to review them every time.
