Commission Policy

This page goes over my Commission Policy, if you commission me then you agree to the Policy written here. Read whichever sections feel relevant to your concerns.

0.1 - Payment & Request

1.1 - Payments

This section refers to how payments are managed.

You are expected to pay in full before the work is completed, this will not be disputed. if you commission a sketch then payment is expected after the posing is figured out.
Prices are subject to change. Completed commissions will not be compensated for this change. ongoing commissions may recieve a partial refund if prices are lowered during an ongoing price change.

2.1 Requesting Work

This section refers to how work is requested to me, free or paid.

You are free to request mostly anything. Note that I'm primarially a Character Artist however.
There are things I have blacklisted and will not do. if you request anything in this category I will reject your request

Blacklisted Requests:

Pornographic or suggestive material. (Barbie Nudity, where a character is nude but doesnt yield any genetalia (Common on furry depictions), is accepted.)
Gore.
Fetishes. This includes subjects such as Hyper Proportions, transformation etc.
Characters who are sourced from media which falls in any of the categories blacklisted here.
Anything that touches on real-life political agendas, party or side doesn't matter.
Works that depicts a group or individual in a negative light.
Works which attempt to depict real people, dead or alive.

References are not required if you can describe what you want.
I do not do free requests often. There is a request channel in my Discord Server. Please don't ask me directly for free requests outside of that channel. There's no garuantee I'll do them either.
You're free to change your request up in major ways until the linework phase. There will naturally be a limit to how many changes you may request afterwards, this limit will vary depending on the severity of the changes in question. Completed works will not accept major changes.

0.2 - Refund Policy

This section refers to how refunds are managed.

Refunds are accepted up until linework is done. if you've commissioned work as lineart or a sketch then it'll be valid until the stage prior to the final one.
if purchasing through Ko-Fi and you wish for a refund, please refund through Ko-Fi as well as they retain a 5% cut unless you do this.
Do not suggest payment / refund methods that aren't already used by me. You may request them outside of a commission but I won't be using anything that I can't trust.

0.3 - Behavourial Policy

This section refers to the expected behaviour when commissioning me.

Harassment and general toxicity will not be tolerated.
I retain the right to deny a request and drop it for any reason. If this happens I must refund you as per the refund policy. I retain the right to keep my reasons for this private.

Miscellanious Policy

This section refers to additional details which does not fit in any of the above Policies.

This policy is subject to change, For your convenience, I'll update the date the policies were updated so if you remember the policy and the date remains unchanged then you do not need to review them every time.
